When you visit our website, technical information may be processed automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access and other technical information required to deliver and secure the website.
This processing is necessary for the secure and reliable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
ALL-INKL may process personal data on our behalf as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 

3. Website and Shop
Our website is operated using WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor.
When you use our website and online shop, personal data may be processed to provide the website, operate the shop, process orders and maintain website security.
We do not offer customer accounts. You can place an order without creating an account.

4. Orders and Contract Fulfilment
When you place an order, we process the personal data necessary to process and fulfil your order.

This may include:

  • name
  • billing address
  • shipping address
  • email address
  • order details
  • payment-related information
  • communication relating to your order

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
We may also process certain information to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
Our products are made to order.
Order production and fulfilment are handled by Printful.
To produce and deliver your order, we transmit the information necessary for fulfilment, including your name, shipping address, email address where required, order details and product information, to Printful.
Printful processes personal data on behalf of merchants in connection with order fulfilment and shipping. 
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR because it is necessary to fulfil your order.
Depending on the delivery destination and the product, Printful may use different fulfilment facilities to produce and ship your order.

6. Payment Providers
We offer payment through third-party payment providers, including:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe

When you choose one of these payment methods, the information required to process the payment is transmitted to the respective payment provider.
We do not store complete payment card details on our own servers.
The respective payment provider processes your personal data under its own privacy policy and may process data for payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification and other legally permitted purposes.
PayPal’s current Privacy Statement describes its processing of personal information in connection with its services. 

7. Shipping and Delivery
To fulfil and deliver your order, we process the information necessary for shipping, in particular your name and delivery address.
Shipping information is transmitted to our fulfilment and shipping partners where necessary to deliver your order.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be processed and used to provide you with shipping updates and a tracking link.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or contact us regarding a return, we process the information necessary to handle the withdrawal or return.
This may include your name, order number, contact details, order information and information relating to the returned goods.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

If you contact us by email or through a contact function provided on the website, we process the information you provide to handle and respond to your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to the performance of a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where we have a legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the request and in accordance with applicable statutory retention obligations.

10. Newsletter
If you voluntarily subscribe to the Washed Bros. newsletter, we will process your email address and, where provided, your name for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
The newsletter will be sent using Kit (ConvertKit), a service provided by Kit, Inc., based in the United States.
Newsletter subscriptions will use a consent-based registration process. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter.
The legal basis for newsletter processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Kit may process and store personal data in the United States and other countries. Kit states that it relies, where applicable, on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. 

Important: We will only activate the newsletter once the corresponding signup and consent mechanism has been implemented.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies and similar technologies required for core functions such as the shopping cart, checkout process, session management and security.
These technologies are necessary for providing the services requested by you and do not require consent where permitted by applicable law.
At present, we do not describe any analytics, advertising or marketing tracking technologies here.

12. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose.
Where we are legally required to retain information, for example for tax, accounting or commercial law purposes, the relevant statutory retention periods apply.
After the applicable retention period has expired, the data will be deleted unless further processing is legally permitted or required.
